Halton Region helps unemployed and underemployed people in Halton prepare for, obtain and maintain employment. We work in partnership with companies and organizations in our community to obtain information about the latest market trends and employment opportunities.

We can help you get the skills you need for today’s job market through our job placement and skills training programs. We can also support you to start your own business, complete high school, enroll in post secondary education or a training program, improve your language skills and upgrade your reading, writing, math and computers skills. Youth Employment Services

Eligibility:To participate, you must be 18-29 years of age, not attending full-time school or training, and eligible to work in Canada.

Join us every Wednesday for our Walk-In Career Support. We can provide free, personalized support to help you take the next step in your career.

Please check in at the East wing reception, where you’ll be directed to the Employment Resource Centre. There’s plenty of visitor parking, and the location is accessible via Oakville Transit, Burlington Transit & Milton Transit.
