Training Incentive Programs

Employment Halton has access to a variety of training incentive programs. We can work with you to determine if any of the programs we offer can benefit your organization. Training incentives help offset the cost of training and hourly wages and are based on the following:

• The needs of the individual
• Complexity of the job
• Length of training required

For organizations that register, train and hire an apprentice you may be eligible to receive a $2,000 employer signing bonus.

• $1,000 when individual is registered
• $1,000 six months later if apprentice is still working
