#913 Maintenance Crew Leader - Appleby Landscape

·      Effectively lead a four person crew.  Manage and delegate crew member tasks.  Communicate well with crew members and other coworkers.

·      Provide excellent customer service.  Courteous, friendly, honest.

·      Professional property maintenance.  Tasks include lawn and garden maintenance, tree and shrub pruning, planting, fertilizing, overseeding, mulching, etc.

Qualifications:

·      3+ years experience in complete property maintenance. 

·      Skilled operator of maintenance equipment.

·      Horticultural certification or substantial horticultural knowledge.

·      Strong leadership qualities.

·      Effective communicator with clients and coworkers.

·      An eye for detail.

·      Able to meet the physical demands of the job.

·      Able to work long hours.

·      Truck driving and trailer towing skills.

·      Driver’s license and clean driving abstract.

·      First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
