STRONE specializes in the repair and reconstruction of properties damaged by fire, smoke, water or other peril. Working directly with the insurance companies, we respond 24 hours a day to emergencies, and pride ourselves on helping to restore a home or business to its pre-loss condition and enjoy a superior reputation for excellent work and customer service.

 

Currently STRONE is looking for Junior and Senior Project Managers throughout Ontario.  We are looking for hard working individuals with a can do attitude, great initiatives, and a willingness to learn and grow.  Sound construction knowledge along with experience in the restoration industry, particularly in the Water Damage and Fire clean up are key components for this challenging position.

Some responsibilities of the position include:

• Scoping and sketching on new claims
• Management of all files
• Creating estimates for the insurance companies
• Scheduling crew emergency files, restoration files and estimates
• Developing and maintaining client relations with local insurance groups
• Selling STRONE to local industries to be the restoration company of choice
• Customer satisfaction
• Training will be provided as needed

 

Skills needed to be a successful Project Manager:

• Organization
• Knowledge of the insurance claims industry
• Able to use Xactimate and Symbility
• Knowledge of building construction
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate, manage and delegate fellow employees
• IICRC accreditation is an asset

 

In addition you:

• Are willing to participate in a 24-Hour, on-call rotation.
• Are a driver with good standing - must be able to drive a company vehicle
• Are willing to undergo a criminal record check
• The position will require mandatory on-call
