Tinyoaks Pediatrics in Oakville is looking for a full-time Medical Secretary/Medical Office Assistant. The office uses electronic medical records. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, fully computer literate, and have strong customer service skills. It is a Permanent Full-time position. Duties & Responsibilities: Represent physician and practice in a professional manner, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, communicate with other doctors’ offices, check in patients, prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipmens. Performing other related duties within the clinic. Ability to work independently, beeing reliable and punctual is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
